Sinead Ryan

Dr Sinead Ryan is the Dean of Research at TCD and a Professor of Theoretical High Energy Physics in the School of Mathematics. With a Ph.D. from The University of Edinburgh, she conducted research at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory before joining TCD. Her diverse roles include Chair of Theoretical High Energy Physics and membership in various scientific committees and advisory boards, such as PRACE and the EuroHPC Infrastructure Advisory Group. Elected to the Royal Irish Academy in 2023, Sinéad is a distinguished figure in high-energy particle physics and computational research.
