JOCHEN PREHN is Prof and Chairman of the Department of Physiology and Medical Physics and Deputy Dean for International Scholarly Engagement at RCSI. He leads a research group focusing on systems biology approaches to human disease. In FutureNeuro, his team concentrates on tiRNAs as therapeutics and biomarkers in ALS and epilepsy. Prof. Prehn also leads the PD MitoQuant IMI Programme within FutureNeuro, advancing cutting-edge research at the intersection of mitochondrial function and neurodegenerative diseases.
